Boat manufacturing activities in our company are carried out under the supervision of institutions such as ABS, Lloyd, GL, BV, RINA, which are accepted as first-class organizations by the international shipbuilding industry, and under the supervision of internationally accepted basic principles and standards such as MCA, SOLAS, IMO and MARPOL. We, as a steel and aluminum boat manufacturer, are aware that the quality of the boat produced depends on good workmanship and the materials used in the construction of the boats.
Ada Yachting uses the following types of materials for yacht building:
Steel Plates: Marine type ST 42 Grade A Steel plates
Aluminum Plates: Marine type ALMG 4.5 Mn 5083 H321 Aluminum Alloy Plate
Stainless Steel: 316 / 316L Stainless steel plates and Dutch Profiles
Marine steel material is the main material we use in boat construction. In addition, we also use marine grade Aluminum. In almost every mega yacht we have built, steel and aluminum are used together. This structure is generally applied with a special material called Tricad, by combining both materials by welding them together. The use of aluminum in addition to steel plates in boat construction is also quite common. The biggest advantage of steel boat owners is that they have extremely durable and long-lasting boats. In addition, steel boats are extremely resistant to severe sea conditions. Another advantage is that the osmosis problem is not seen much in steel boats. There is no corrosion problem for a long time on steel yachts that are painted and sandblasted properly. Since yachts can be exposed to severe heat and cold, it is very important in professional insulation in steel boats.
